1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Health and hygiene products (e.g., masks, undergarments)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@camocrowd.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or replacement for a defective product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us at support@camocrowd.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide a description of the issue and attach photos for verification.
  3. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

7. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process.
  • Refunds may be denied if the returned item is not in its original condition.
