  • Delays: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders are shipped using standard delivery services to provide an affordable option for all customers.
  • Expedited Shipping: If expedited shipping is available, it will be shown as an option at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method, delivery location, and order size. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier disruptions, or weather events.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your order’s status and estimated delivery time through the carrier’s website.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@camocrowd.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Delayed Packages: Delivery times may be impacted by external factors. Please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us for assistance.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@camocrowd.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

7. Address Errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may result in additional shipping fees or delays.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state or federal regulations.
  • Any restrictions will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
  • *If you provide an apartment address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. Camo Crowd will not be liable for loss or theft.
